This engraving system uses the full depth of the cutting tool. The embossing elements made with this method have an embossing heigth which is always optimized for the corresponding density. The complete rounded top of the element preserves the tensile strength by eliminating the sharp corners from the edge and in this way the lifetime of the rubber roll is prolonged.
